| (01) Persons below
the age of 15 years and above the age of 65 years are
not admitted. |
| (02) The
management reserves the right to discharge any person
without assigning any reason whatsoever and to check the
luggage / belongings at the time of admission or during
the stay. |
| (03) Admitted patients
are not allowed to go out during their stay at the centre,
except in emergency, that too with prior permission of
the Doctor / Manager, since such outside visits will be
detrimental to ones health and recovery. |
| (04) No outside eatables
are allowed in the campus. Nobody is allowed to keep any
sort of eatables in the room, if found, strict disciplinary
action will be taken against that person. |
| (05) Any sort of liquors,
cigarettes, panmasalas, or addictions of any kind is strictly
prohibited. |
| (06) Gambling is not
permitted. |
| (07) Drug history
has to be clearly informed to the doctors. Relevant medical
reports and medications are to be brought along with the
patient, if any. |
| (08) Bringing of jewellery
and valuables is strictly prohibited. Excess cash, if
any, should be deposited at the cash counter. One should
look after ones own belongings during the stay at the
centre. The centre does not take any responsibility for
any loss. |
| (09) Cash transactions
should be made only at the cash-counter. No financial
transactions should be done into with any employee or
other individual, even if that may be of either personal
or otherwise, in the centre. |
| (10) STRICT DISCIPLINE
should be maintained. |
