Reservations & Cancellation

| (01) Right of admission
is reserved. |
| (02) Reservation
charges are payable by DD/PO/MO/Local Cheque drawn in
favor of V.A.MUNSHI NATURE CURE CENTRE
payable at Vallabhvidyanagar / Anand or by CASH at the
Centre. (Out Station Cheque and foreign currency not accepted). |
| (03) All formalities
including payment of deposits, filling of application/admission
forms, medical reports etc. must be duly completed at
the time of admission, even though the booking is done
through other sources. |
| (04) At least three-working
days notice must be given for cancellation or pre/postponement
of confirmed reservation, in the absence of which, amount
equivalent to three days of the type of accommodation
acquired will be forfeited. |
| (05) Frequent changes
in the days of booking are not entertained. |
| (06) Duration of the
treatment period will be prescribed by the doctors, as
per the patients medical history. |
| (07) To have the lasting
advantage of Naturopathy, one must stay for the entire
period as prescribed by the doctors in ones own interest.
In case one has to leave the centre because of an emergency/personal
reasons, charges will be levied for the actual period
of stay completed and rates will be applied as per those
fixed by centre for this purpose. |
| (08) Full payment
of all the concerned charges will have to be paid in advance
at the time of admission. Incase, duration of treatment
period is extended, additional charges will have to be
paid in advance. However, in necessary conditions, charges
will be extra for examinations of blood, urine etc. in
pathological laboratory, X-rays, ECG, Sonography, and
other tests done as per the prescription of the doctors. |
| (09) If the treatment
has to be suspended owing to some technical / unavoidable
/ accidental circumstances, no deduction / no compensation
/ no refund will be made for that suspended period. |
| (10) Guests are not
allowed to stay with any admitted person. However, in
genuine cases, the consideration would be at the sole
discretion of the management. In such cases, charges for
the guest would be equal to that of the admitted. |
| (11) Children of admitted
persons, below the age of 15 years, are strictly not allowed
to stay in the campus. However, they will be allowed to
visit their admitted parents only during the visiting
hours. Admissions are restricted for the age of 65 years
& above and are subjected to our doctor’s personal
examination. |
| (12) Confirmation
for admission will be subject to our doctor’s personal
examination on arrival. |
